About Us
JMCS Services LLC is a State of Washington Limited Liability Corporation headquartered in Buckley, Washington. Since September 2020, our company is the sole global supplier of the patented and National Sanitation Foundation (NSF)-certified Bio-Pure® Package Wastewater Treatment System (PWTS) technology. Our overall business objective is to market, sell and install Bio-Pure PWT systems worldwide to provide human beings everywhere with access to basic sanitation, which is inextricably tied to healthy living environments, especially the availability of safe drinking water. To achieve this overall objective, the Company’s initial focus is to establish JMCS Services as a leading global provider of package wastewater treatment systems, both in developed and under developed countries. Once more fully established, JMCS Services will be well-positioned to deliver state-of-the-art Bio-Pure systems to areas of the world that are in desperate need of basic sanitation and to fulfill the Company’s God-ordained mission.
Bio-Pure PWT systems are engineered to process common sewage wastewater in the range of 500 to 500,000 gallons/day, and have achieved a 45+-year track record as a proven, activated-sludge-based batch treatment process that utilizes intermittent-cycling extended-aeration (ICEA) to not only effectively process common sewage wastewater, but also for reclaiming clean water that meets the most stringent environmental and health-protective water standards.
JMCS SERVICES offers:
-
Bio-Pure® PWT systems for sale as either a straight equipment sale or under a managed Private Utility District (PUD) business model
-
Flexible engineered system designs that can be customized to accommodate virtually any site-specific needs

Small Footprint, High Volume PWTS

Small footprint, high volume, PWTS, with a 45 year plus track record. In the toughest states for regulatory compliance(Hawaii, California, Oregon, Washington). Our history is defined by the pursuit of high-performance technologies that deliver significant footprint reduction and OPEX optimization utilizing private utility systems. We specialize in decentralized treatment systems designed for precision and long-term sustainability, ensuring that every solution we implement meets the highest technical standards for modern infrastructure.
About the Bio-Pure PWTS Technology
The Bio-Pure® PWTS technology has a 45+ year track record as a proven method for processing sewage wastewater and producing reclaimed water that is safe for environmental discharge and/or a range of beneficial uses. The basic technology is an ‘activated-sludge-based extended aeration batching process’ also known as a Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) that combines anaerobic & aerobic digestion, disinfection, clarification and filtration to digest and remove the organic components in the wastewater. No bioaugmentation is required. Routine testing of the effluent from existing Bio-Pure® PWT systems has confirmed that the reclaimed water meets or exceeds the most stringent water quality standards for potable water (Biochemical Oxygen Demand [BOD5], Total Suspended Solids [TSS], coliform count, turbidity, and total nitrogen [N]) and for protection of aquatic life (EPA’s fish bioassay test). Because Bio-Pure® PWT systems are completely enclosed, they produce no odor. Extensive recycling of each batch of wastewater in a Bio-Pure® PWT system minimizes sludge production and ‘sludge wasting’; any remaining sludge can be collected, dried, and used as a soil amendment or disposed of as non-hazardous waste. Bio-Pure® PWT systems can be designed to accommodate wastewater treatment needs of <1000 gpd to >500,000 gpd, can be located either above-ground (preferred) or below-ground, and the entire process is controlled by a state-of-the-art PLC operating system. Systems of <50,000 gpd can be operated remotely; do not require an on-site operator.
